All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. Upon acceptance you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice to the email address submitted. Full payment will be required to finalize your participation in the show. Further exhibitor material will be forwarded to all confirmed exhibitors and artists via email once full payment is received.
– This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
– Booth space will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
– Show management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation.
– Bulk booth space will be given priority.

Commercial Exhibitor Booth Information:
Exhibitor Booth size is ten feet (10′) wide by ten feet (10′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and ten feet (10′) wide per booth and is black in colour. Side drape is coloured green at three feet (3′) tall and ten feet (10′) deep, and is provided where possible in each booth.
Booths that are located in the centre of the room may not have any structures or displays exceed eight feet (8′) in height. Exceptions may be made for booths that are located on the perimeter of the building.
Commercial Exhibitor Booth Cost:
1-2 booths, $445.00 each
3+ booths, $395.00 each
$80.00 additional fee for a corner.
Artist Alley Booth Information:
Artist Alley Booths are for professional and amateur artists and creators displaying or selling items that are original creations. Items that are commercially available or produced will not be accepted into the Artist Alley.
Size is eight feet (8′) wide by eight feet (8′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and eight feet (8′) wide per booth and is black in colour. There is no side drape provided.

Artist Alley Booth Cost:
$200.00 per booth – three (3) booth maximum.
$60.00 additional fee for a corner.
Liability Insurance:
Prairieland Park and PopConYXE will automatically purchase on your behalf commercial general liability insurance for five (5) million dollars ($5,000,000.00) at an additional cost of $80.00. If you provide proof of your own commercial general liability insurance this fee may be withheld. Please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions or your proof of insurance. Applications will not be considered without insurance.
Cancellation Policy:
Booth fees may be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by March 31, 2025. No refunds will be paid on cancellations past March 31, 2025, or no-shows. Saskatoon Prairieland Park reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if, in its opinion, the terms and conditions of this license agreement are not being observed.
Sign Hanging Service:
Please be aware that any exhibitor signs or banners to be hung from the ceiling, must be installed by Prairieland Park staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.
Internet Access:
An unsecured wireless network, for exhibitors only, will be provided with your finalized location. ($125 value). For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated wired service can be ordered at a cost.
Electrical Services:
All locations are provided complimentary access to one (1) standard 15amp/110 volt receptacle per booth space utilized. PopConYXE does not provide electrical cabling of any kind. If additional electrical services are required, they can be provided at a cost. Forms for additional power are invoiced upon finalization of location.
Display Services:
PopConYXE provides one (1) plain 8ft table and two (2) chairs with each booth (Artist Alley or Commercial Exhibitor). Table coverings and skirting is not provided. If you require additional tables, chairs, or other display items they may be rented through the official supplier, Handyman Rentals. Contact information will be forwarded upon approval of location.
Exhibitor Passes:
PopConYXE provides two (2) exhibitor badges per the first booth/table rented. One (1) badge is provided with each subsequent booth/table rented. A maximum of 2 additional exhibitor passes may be purchased at a discounted rate of $29.95.
